The Prime Minister’s Youth Business and Agriculture Loan Scheme (PMYB&ALS) is a government initiative aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and self-employment among the youth in Pakistan. The scheme provides financial support to young individuals who wish to start or expand their businesses or engage in agricultural activities. RCDP through this loan product reducing unemployment by creating self-employment opportunities among the community and boost economic growth by supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and agriculture.

Eligibility & document required

1. Young individuals aged 18 to 45 years.
2. Applicants must have a viable business plan or agricultural business plan.
3. Two passport size photographs of the applicant
4. Copy of applicant’s valid CNIC
5. Copies of identity card of two guarantors
6. One photograph of both the sureties
7. Copies of the valid CNIC of both sureties (the card should not expire)
8. Granter’s stamp paper worth of RS 100 also
